1. Product Application
Qinggong QKS-32 heat sealer is a simplified version of QKS-13, suitable for sealing heavy bags with a packaging weight of 25-50 kg; suitable for sealing large bags such as kraft paper bags, multi-layer kraft paper bags, paper-plastic (composite inner layer PE) composite bags and paper woven composite bags that do not have strict sealing requirements; the production capacity can reach a high efficiency of 600-800 bags/hour. It is widely used in the food, chemical and other industries for sealing and sewing kraft paper bags or composite bags with paper outer layers.
2. Product Features
(1) The equipment is small and compact and is suitable for places with existing column sewing machines and limited space.
(2) The equipment automatically controls the pneumatic mechanism to achieve the pulling and cutting of the paper tape, and the operation is stable and reliable. It is also equipped with a broken tape and missing tape alarm device.
(3) The equipment uses a programmable controller (PLC) with a touch screen to accurately control the temperature of the heating mechanism to achieve the heat sealing of the hot-melt paper tape, so that the bag mouth is reliably sealed.
(4) The equipment heating mechanism can set the sound alarm prompt, start the equipment chain, and start the conveyor after the temperature is normal.
(5) The equipment is controlled by a programmable controller (PLC) to automatically complete the entire packaging process.
(6) The equipment can be used in conjunction with a column sewing machine folding machine to realize the function of QKS-13C, and can be flexibly added or exited from the production line according to production task requirements.
(7) The equipment can be used in conjunction with QHS-331 and a column sewing machine folding machine to realize the function of QKS-131, and can be flexibly added or exited from the production line according to production task requirements.
(8) The equipment can form a production line with a conveyor, and can form an automatic packaging production line with automatic metering, automatic canning, palletizing and other processes.
