The GK68-9 bag sewing machine is a machine developed by our company. It integrates automatic startup, automatic shutdown and automatic thread trimming. The tooth-picking eccentricity and rack shaft components of the machine's tooth-lifting mechanism all use imported needle roller bearings, which greatly improves the service life. The feeding mechanism adopts double feeding teeth and double presser feet, which makes the feeding more reliable, with even stitches and smooth thread braiding. The cutter is a built-in adjustable cutter that can cut large-width wrapping paper. The machine uses a closed rolling bearing at the end of the crankshaft, making the machine more lightweight, high-speed, wear-resistant and flexible. Key components are made of highly wear-resistant materials such as copper alloy and high-quality alloy steel.
Scope of use
This machine can be hung on Qinggong brand QZY series and QZF series columns, and can be used with Qinggong brand 4900 and 6900 type folding machines. It is widely used in the grain, sugar and chemical industries. It is used for sealing and sewing of cloth bags, sacks, plastic woven bags, paper bags and other packaging in industries such as ports and terminals.
