This double-needle four-thread sealing sewing machine adopts a double straight needle and double curved needle design to achieve leak-free sealing sewing. It adopts copper alloy connecting rods, bushings and rolling bearings with reasonable motion design, oil cup dripping, manual oil filling combined with felt oil storage lubrication, semi-automatic mechanical thread trimming device, wear-resistant parts, high sewing speed, low noise, convenient maintenance and long service life.
Scope of use
It is widely used in the sealing and sewing of plastic woven bags, sacks, cloth bags, paper bags and other packaging bags containing powdery and granular items in grain, chemical, feed, mining, coal, port terminals and other industries. It can be installed on different models of electronic quantitative packaging scales for conveying packages and sewing, especially for long-distance transportation and export material packaging.
