Product Description
This model is the double-needle four-thread bag-sealing machine with the fastest sewing speed in our company. It adopts a fully enclosed oil lubrication automatic oiling system. The moving parts are all made of copper alloy connecting rods and sleeves, needle bearings and high-speed steel for operation. It adopts imported original oil seals to extend the service life of the whole machine, reduce vibration and noise, and make the design more reasonable. It integrates the advantages of starting, stopping, counting, automatic (pneumatic) drive shear wire identification/paper bag device.
Scope of use
It is widely used in the sealing and sewing of plastic woven bags, sacks, cloth bags, paper bags and other packaging bags containing powdered and granular items in grain, chemical, feed, mining, coal, port and terminal industries. It is more efficient to transport and sew bags when it is installed on an electronic quantitative packaging scale.
