1. Product use

Qinggong brand QKS-13DC heat sealing and sewing machine is suitable for sealing heavy-duty bags with a packaging weight of 25-50Kg; suitable for packaging kraft paper bags, multi-layer kraft paper bags, and paper-plastic (composite inner PE) that do not have strict sealing requirements. Composite bags, paper woven composite bags and other large bag packaging are used for bag sealing and sewing. The production capacity can reach 600-800 bags/hour. High-efficiency product features

(1) The equipment can be equipped with a bag dust removal mechanism to suck out the powder at the bag mouth.

(2) The equipment adopts a special sewing machine with continuous input to achieve simultaneous sewing and conveying. It is also equipped with an automatic thread cutting mechanism and a thread breakage warning device.

(3) The equipment uses an electromagnetic clutch to control the operation and braking of the bag sewing machine, which ensures accurate positioning and avoids damage to the motor caused by frequent starts.

(4) The equipment automatically controls the pneumatic mechanism to pull and cut the paper tape. The action is stable and reliable, and it is equipped with a tape breakage and tape shortage alarm device.

(5) The equipment uses a microcomputer control system to accurately control the temperature of the heating mechanism to achieve heat sealing of the hot-melt paper tape and ensure reliable sealing of the bag mouth.
