3) Introduction to product structure

1. Clamping machine: used to clamp the mouth of the bag for packaging and filling.

2. Cylinder bag transfer machine: Use clamping to help the filled bags move laterally.

3. Belt bag transfer machine: Use a conveyor belt to help the filled bags move laterally.

4. Labeling machine: Used to affix labels to the sides of bags.

5. Folding machine: used to fold the bag mouth.

6. Bag sewing machine: Sewing and sealing the bag mouth after filling.

7. Conveyor: There are two conveyors, long and short, used for horizontal transportation of packaging bags after filling.

8. Touch screen: Used to operate equipment, with manual and automatic control and parameter setting. Has emergency stop function.

4) Working process

1. Touch screen operation: Check servo enable, click the clamp servo to return to the origin, when the origin indicator light is on, click automatic and then click start.

2. The staff places the empty bag on the entrainment machine and flips the spring switch.

3. The clamping machine clamps the mouth of the bag and fills the material into the bag from the packaging scale.

4. After filling is completed, the clamping machine is released and the bag mouth is clamped by the cylinder bag transfer machine.

5. Conveyor No. 1 starts and moves the bags to the belt bag transfer machine together with the cylinder bag transfer machine.

6. The bag mouth enters the belt bag transfer machine, the conveyor section 2 is started, and the bag moves to the folding machine.

7. The bag mouth enters the folding machine, and the labeling machine labels the bag at the same time.

8. The folding machine folds the bag mouth, and the bag continues on the second conveyor.
