You don't know about the installation method of conveyor belts.

A conveyor is a material handling machine that continuously transports materials along a certain route, also known as a continuous conveyor. Conveyors can be used for horizontal, inclined, and vertical conveying, as well as for forming spatial conveying lines, which are generally fixed. Conveyors have large conveying capacity, long conveying distances, and can also perform multiple process operations simultaneously during conveying, making them widely applicable. The correct method for installing conveyor belts is as follows:
Thread a flexible rotating shaft through the core of the conveyor belt roll, and place the belt roll on the bracket. Pay attention to the direction of the upper and lower cover rubbers to ensure they are not reversed before placing them on the bracket.
In workplaces where it is not convenient to place the brackets, the conveyor belt roll can be unwound, and the folded parts of the conveyor belt should have a sufficiently large curvature radius to prevent damage to the conveyor belt. Heavy objects should not be placed on the conveyor belt at the folded parts.
When replacing the conveyor belt, the new belt can be connected to the old belt, and the removal of the old belt and installation of the new conveyor belt can be carried out simultaneously with automated equipment.
For horizontally operating conveyors, the old conveyor belt can be cut at any point, while for conveyors operating in an inclined direction, the cutting point should be selected carefully to prevent loss of control due to slipping caused by self-weight.
After positioning the new belt on the conveyor, use fixtures to secure one end of the belt, then connect it with ropes passing around the rollers and pulleys, and balance the conveyor belt onto the conveyor using a traction device. During traction, precautions should be taken to prevent the conveyor belt from being squeezed against the frame.
Use fixtures to secure one end of the conveyor belt to the conveyor frame, and pull the other end tight through the pulley until the conveyor belt hangs without obvious sagging on the return idler.
Fix the tensioning device 100~150mm away from the starting point."
